We saved over $30,000 in commissions, connected personally with the buyer, and handled everything on our timeline. It was empowering, educational, and financially rewarding.
That said, FSBO isn’t for everyone. If your home needs major repairs, if you’re in a slow market, or if you simply don’t have the time or energy to manage the sale, a traditional agent might be worth it.
